Derp derp derp.
Didn’t start my batch of chili, instead I ended up making homemade pasta sauce with organic zucchini, mushrooms, roma tomatoes, garlic, red onion, spinach, and a ton of seasonings, with home-canned diced tomatoes as a base. Nom nom nom. I love making homemade pasta sauce.
Gonna eat the last of my leftover chili now and then head off for a night of hell at work.
AND THEN TWO DAYS OFF, BABY.
Also, I figured out why I’ve been having such a hard waking up in the morning! It’s because it’s so damn dark in my room with my blinds closed. So I opened them halfway. I know for sure that tomorrow I will get up and hit the gym. :)
