HEALTHY VEGAN LUNCH BOX INSPIRATION
When I have a long day at uni or work I need food and loads of it. Here is what I usually take, keeps me going all day and is delicious.
- tomato, cucumber and fresh parsley salad
- pitta bread filled with hummus, vegan burgers and fresh spinach
- dates and walnuts (sometimes some dark chocolate too..)
- apple
- banana
Go on, prepare yourself a bag of goodies for tomorrow. Enjoy!

In aerial silks the other day I was saying potassium and hydration are the best ways to stave off muscle cramps, and that I ate somewhere between 3 and 10 bananas a day. No lie, here is a picture of what is going into my breakfast/lunch smoothie. ~1000 calories, 35g fiber, 13g protein, 0 fat and 0 sodium. Noms.

I wouldn’t even bother with the little cup thing. I would put my face under the fountain of golden liquid and fill up my mouth and probably die from asphyxiation.
I suppose I can make almond butter with that? And pecan butter. And sunflower seed butter. And chocolate peanut butter. Yes?
I need this because of reasons.
Hello, amazon wishlist item. ((I changed the click-through link so it actually goes to a peanut butter machine, not a “daily laughs” dog grooming article)).

This is how I want to start eating, except I don’t mind if I cook the veggies or fruits… I think eating a raw vegan diet that isn’t always raw would be the perfect compromise for me. o___O Because I love veggie soups and chilis and baked pears and stuff.
Alas, it will probably be a while for me to fully transition to that sort of eating. Though I’ve been going markedly better lately.
