1. Get in the habit of working out regularly.
2. Go to the gym 3x a week for a whole month.
3. Complete 30DS consecutively. ((0 of 30 days completed consecutively.))
4. Complete a mile in less than 8 minutes and 30 seconds.
5. Run a 5k without stopping to walk.
6. Ride my bike at least 100 miles every week. (( 0 of 100 for the week beginning 4/30))
7. Do sun salutations every morning.
8. No pizza for 1 whole month. ((Last pizza ordered: 4/21/2012))
9. No drunken poor-food-choice binges. ((Last one: 4/21/2012))
