I wouldn’t even bother with the little cup thing. I would put my face under the fountain of golden liquid and fill up my mouth and probably die from asphyxiation.
I suppose I can make almond butter with that? And pecan butter. And sunflower seed butter. And chocolate peanut butter. Yes?
I need this because of reasons.
Hello, amazon wishlist item. ((I changed the click-through link so it actually goes to a peanut butter machine, not a “daily laughs” dog grooming article)).

Food today, thus far:
Smoothie with 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup strawberries and 1 cup diced mango
Salad with mixed greens, a whole Japanese cucumber, and tomato w/ sesame dressing
Spinach salad with mushrooms, shredded beets, shredded radish, green onion, hardboiled egg, a spoonful of chickpeas, and vinaigrette
A small handful of smoked almonds
Dinner will be grilled veggies and tomago omelet.
This will probably be my standard eating plan from now on, after Thanksgiving. Of course, the holidays are a monster of their own and I won’t try to fight them with a strict intake. Tomorrow I will feast like a gluttonous lardass and probably love every second of it until it makes me feel like crap and I hate every second of it.
Either way, there is no dairy and no cereal grains and no soy and no meat in this meal plan, and I will continue to eat very small amounts of beans because I need the protein and fiber to help me build muscle and feel full. At this point I’m just rambling but okay

2 eggs 140c
bowl of spinach 20c
coconut water 60c
1 bite of each lunch special at work so I could sell them 100c
refried black beans 500c
veggies with rosemary and olive oil 100c
a ton of veggies/mushrooms cooked down in olive oil 225c
plus some olive oil to cook both my breakfast eggs and dinner eggs idk 80c?
So I guess like 1405 calories today, that’s a kind of a rough guess but oh well. That’s a standard day of “good” eating for me, I didn’t eat out once or snack on anything I shouldn’t have.
And I rode my bike for approximately 190c according to dailymile. Hrm.

Steamed veggies with dried cranberries ((breakfast))
Eggs with toast after my bike ride ((lunch))
A bosc pear and coconut milk cocoa ((snack))
A spinach salad with avocado, red cabbage, shredded carrots, tomato and onion ((dinner))
Heaviest meal of the day was lunch. Total calories about ~1340.
15 miles on my bike, maybe about ~500 calories burned. I don’t know.
