- These were very hard for me, I have a very weak back which is something I’ve been wanting to improve on for a long time. It was hard to keep the lifting even and stable.
I feel that barbell rows, overhead press, and bench press will where I stall and deload first for sure. My legs have always been a lot stronger than my upper body.

DEATH.
Ugh I am SO out of shape!!!
On the Boot Camp I made it through the burpees which basically were the nail in the coffin for me, I did two Turkish get-ups after that and had to stop lest I die.
So, I guess my goal is for Sunday to get through the get-ups all the way. Every day just make it a little bit further and further until it is easy and I am a beast.

Anyway, time to moosh hairdye in my hair, it’s suuuuper faded. I’m thinking of going back to black, right away instead of red-red or dark-red or auburny-red. I don’t know. I’m just getting sick of the maintenance and also the bleaching. What do you think?

- Legs felt a bit like lead. :( I was gonna go further but seriously was dying. Ugh I am so out of shape haha.
Vinyasa +58 pts
- 0:15:00 (+58 pts)
- Legs were super stiff and tight, this helped to stretch them out a lot, as well as my shoulders.
